With the exception of "made to order" items orders shall normally be despatched by courier the next working day after confirmation of the order.  C-Pro Direct generally does not despatch non-UK orders on Mondays or UK orders on Fridays

Made to order items mostly include adapted footwear and extra-large (X-L) ADM devices.

Postage & Packaging:

Prices shown on our website shop exclude Postage and Packing. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of the order and delivery destination.  Most orders are Shipped by DHL tracked delivery

Orders for Delivery within European Union:

Orders for EU destinations shall normally be despatched from the Repulblic of Ireland and therefore free of duties and import tax.

Non-UK Orders for Delivery outside of the European Union:

Non-UK orders outside of EU shall normally be despatched according to Delivery At Place (DAP) INCOTERMS.  This means that any additional importation procedures or charges for services, duty or tax applied by the destination's authorities shall be the responsibility of the customer, not C-Pro Direct.  C-Pro Direct shall despatch these orders with Commercial Invoices (sometimes called Customs Invoices) which reference the applicable Harmonized System Code (HSC).  Most products supplied by C-Pro Direct are Medical Devices with an HSC of 9021109000 ("Orthopaedic appliances or parts and accessories thereof - Medical Device").  In most jurisdictions this means that Import Duty shall be 0%.  

If a customer wishes to return items for refund due to extra costs applied locally, they must return the goods at their own expense. Or we will arrange for the goods to be returned, but deduct the cost of shipping from the refund. C-Pro Direct strongly advises customers from outside the EU to make themselves aware of any additional local customs and other charges that might be applied, BEFORE placing an order with C-Pro Direct

UK Orders:

Orders for UK destinations shall normally be despatched from the UK and therefore free of duties and import tax.
